3.3 Single Account. Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the cbajic Platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether in the same name or across different names — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances pending investigation.
3.4 Personal Use Only. You may only use the cbajic Platform for your own personal entertainment. You may not use the Platform on behalf of any other person or entity, nor may you allow any other person to access or operate your Account.
3.5 Excluded Persons. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of cbajic and its affiliated service providers are not permitted to hold Player Accounts or participate in promotional offers on the Platform.

During registration you will be required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number.
4.2 You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. Providing false, incomplete, or inaccurate registration information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds.
4.3 You are responsible for keeping your Account credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential. You must not share your login details with any third party. cbajic accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security.
4.4 You must notify cbajic immediately via the support team if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation or that your credentials have been compromised.
4.5 cbajic reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.
5.1 cbajic operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify the identity, age, and address of all Players before processing withdrawal requests and at such other times as cbajic deems appropriate for compliance and anti-fraud purposes.
5.2 As part of the KYC process, cbajic may request the following documentation:
5.3 Withdrawals will not be processed until the KYC verification process has been completed to cbajic's satisfaction. cbajic accepts no liability for delays in withdrawal processing caused by a Player's failure to provide the requested documentation promptly.

All cbajic Accounts are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). cbajic accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. cbajic does not charge a deposit processing fee; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges for which cbajic accepts no responsibility.
Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the source of funds does not belong to the registered Account holder — are strictly prohibited and will be reversed where technically possible or treated as a compliance matter where reversal is not possible.
Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the cbajic Account. cbajic will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, anonymous prepaid cards, or accounts that do not match the KYC-verified identity of the Player.
Verified Accounts requesting withdrawals to bKash or Nagad wallets are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. cbajic reserves the right to apply a maximum daily withdrawal limit which will be communicated to the Player upon request.
cbajic reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions, pending the outcome of an internal investigation.
All transactions on the cbajic Platform are processed in BDT. cbajic does not apply any currency conversion fees. If your payment method operates in a different currency, any conversion costs are applied by your payment provider and are outside cbajic's control.
7.1 cbajic may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, deposit matches, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, which must be read in conjunction with this section.
7.2 Unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:
7.3 cbajic reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any bonus where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, using arbitrage strategies specifically designed to extract bonus value without genuine play intent, or exploiting errors in promotional configurations.
7.4 cbajic reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any such change does not affect bonuses already in active use on existing Accounts at the time of the change.
8.1 All bets and wagers placed on the cbajic Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or casino game. These rules are available within the Platform and must be reviewed by the Player before placing any wager.
8.2 Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the wager is confirmed. In the event of a manifest error in odds — including but not limited to incorrectly priced markets, incorrect event details, or system errors resulting in obviously erroneous odds — cbajic reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the staked amount to the Player's Account.
8.3 cbajic's decision in respect of the settlement of all bets and games is final, subject only to the dispute resolution process set out in Section 16. cbajic will not re-settle bets based on unofficial results, media reports, or third-party opinion.
8.4 Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market and are displayed within the Platform interface. cbajic reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual Accounts at its sole discretion.
8.5 All casino games on the cbajic Platform use certified random number generator (RNG) systems that have been tested by the relevant game studios for fairness. cbajic does not manipulate game outcomes.
9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cbajic Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

11.3 cbajic shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, telecommunications failures, natural disasters, regulatory actions, or third-party payment provider outages.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit cbajic's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by cbajic's gross negligence, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

13.2 Suspension or Closure by cbajic. cbajic reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice — in any of the following circumstances:

An Account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months is classified as dormant. cbajic may apply a monthly administrative fee of ৳100 to dormant Accounts, deducted from the cash balance, until the balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated by the Player.
